When should I make my reservation?
To ensure availability, we suggest booking 2–3 weeks prior, or 4–6 weeks for corporate gatherings and special occasions, particularly in the high season from May–September. This allows adequate time for personalization.
What is the procedure for unfavorable weather?
Your safety is paramount. Unfavorable weather as assessed by our captain can lead to rescheduling on the nearest available slot or a complete refund. Weather forecasts are closely monitored, and we'll reach out 24 hours before your scheduled departure if the outlook is worrisome.
May I bring my own refreshments and snacks?
Certainly, personal food and drinks are allowed. We also offer a range of catering services to suit your taste preferences. For everyone's safety, please avoid bringing any glass containers onboard.
Is boat entry manageable for guests with mobility concerns?
We aim to accommodate all guests. Our fleet includes vessels that are more accessible for those with mobility issues. Let us know your requirements at the time of reservation and we will suggest the most appropriate boat and assist with special arrangements.
What's your policy on cancellations?
A full refund is available for cancellations made 72 hours before departure. For cancellations occurring between 24–72 hours prior, a 50% refund is processed. Cancelations within 24 hours of the departure are not refunded, except in cases of unsuitable weather or mechanical malfunctions on our end.
